Strange new habits

It's not exactly like I needed any more idiosyncrasies, but I've managed to pick a few up in the three weeks since I left Britain.  No, I'm not proud or anything like that.  It's just a fact.

- I now say 'eh' at pretty much the end of every sentence.

- I say for example, 'Eight thirty,' instead of, 'Half past eight.'

- I call the indicator the blinker.

- I feel an overwhelming desire to high five people.  A lot.

  2. Nah, bro - they're still blates speed humps. FACT. Why would I want to be a local when I can fling my English superiority all over the place? OK, I can't but I've probably made the joke about this place being a colony one too many times.

And oh my gosh, yes, the North was amazing but we were uber lucky with the weather. It's 1000km round trip but next time you're both back you and BW MUST go up there because it kicks ass. Yeah, the stars were pretty cool but that's because you've got SO much dark countryside!
