Auckland was really not an 18-30 type scenario as I'm too old and boring for that. So old, in fact, that my hair is now so abundant with greys that I may have to dye it because it's necessary. Grey hair on brown looks awful and irony and not pretty at all.

Ha ha! It is indeed funny and I went so far as to try and work out how many hours of the day (if any) it was day/night at the same time here as in England. I don't think it happens apart from for about eight minutes.
